These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TravelWithTOW website, applications, community features, maps, campground listings, reviews, photographs, rewards and related services.
TravelWithTOW is operated by Together On Wheels LLC, Florida, United States.
By creating an account or using TravelWithTOW, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility #
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age to enter into a binding agreement where you live, to create an account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity performed through your account.
2. Purpose of TravelWithTOW #
TravelWithTOW provides information and tools intended to help RV travelers discover places, research campgrounds, share experiences and plan trips.
Information may come from multiple sources, including:
- • public information;
- • campground or business owners;
- • government sources;
- • TravelWithTOW research;
- • community members;
- • user-submitted reviews, photographs and reports.
TravelWithTOW does not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free.
3. Safety and Travel Information #
TravelWithTOW is a planning and informational tool.
You must independently verify safety-critical information before traveling, including:
- • road restrictions;
- • bridge or tunnel clearance;
- • RV height, weight or length restrictions;
- • campground accessibility;
- • road conditions;
- • weather;
- • campsite availability;
- • operating hours;
- • hookups;
- • prices;
- • rules and restrictions.
TravelWithTOW should not be treated as the sole source for decisions involving personal safety, vehicle safety or legal compliance.
4. User Accounts #
You agree to:
- • provide accurate information;
- • protect your account credentials;
- • notify us of unauthorized use;
- • use only accounts that belong to you.
TravelWithTOW may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, spam, manipulation or serious violations of these Terms.
5. Community Contributions #
Users may submit content such as:
- • reviews;
- • ratings;
- • photographs;
- • campground information;
- • amenity confirmations;
- • corrections;
- • prices;
- • new place suggestions;
- • questions and responses.
You remain the owner of content you create.
By submitting content to TravelWithTOW, you grant TravelWithTOW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, translate and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote TravelWithTOW.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the content.
Do not upload material that infringes another person's copyright, privacy or other rights.
6. Reviews and Community Integrity #
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.
You may not:
- • submit fake reviews;
- • manipulate ratings;
- • impersonate another person;
- • submit misleading information intentionally;
- • coordinate fraudulent reviews;
- • exchange compensation for dishonest reviews;
- • repeatedly submit inaccurate information to earn rewards.
TravelWithTOW may moderate or remove content that violates these rules.
Moderation does not mean TravelWithTOW independently verifies every statement made by users.
7. Photographs #
You may only upload photographs that you own or have permission to use.
By uploading a photograph, you confirm that TravelWithTOW may display it as part of campground listings, community content and related TravelWithTOW features.
TravelWithTOW may remove images that are:
- • copyrighted without permission;
- • misleading;
- • unrelated;
- • inappropriate;
- • unsafe;
- • fraudulent;
- • excessively duplicated.
8. TOW Points, Levels and Badges #
TravelWithTOW may award:
- • TOW Points;
- • levels;
- • badges;
- • achievements;
- • Trust Score indicators;
- • future rewards.
TOW Points:
- • are not money;
- • have no guaranteed monetary value;
- • cannot be redeemed for cash;
- • may not be transferred unless TravelWithTOW specifically allows it;
- • may be adjusted or removed when obtained through fraud, error or abuse.
Reward rules, point values, levels and available benefits may change.
9. Trust Score #
Trust Score is an internal community-reputation indicator.
It does not represent:
- • identity verification;
- • professional certification;
- • financial creditworthiness;
- • legal reliability;
- • a guarantee that information provided by a user is correct.
10. Adding New Places #
Eligible users may be allowed to suggest new places.
Submission does not guarantee publication.
TravelWithTOW may:
- • verify the location;
- • check for duplicates;
- • request additional information;
- • reject incomplete or unreliable submissions.
Approved contributions may qualify for TOW Points according to current reward rules.
11. Business and Campground Profiles #
A business or campground may request control of an existing listing through the TravelWithTOW claim process.
Claiming a listing is subject to separate Place Claim Terms.
A verified owner or manager does not own community reviews, ratings, photographs or reports submitted by other users.
12. Third-Party Businesses and Links #
TravelWithTOW may link to:
- • campground websites;
- • booking systems;
- • repair services;
- • RV services;
- • attractions;
- • third-party platforms.
TravelWithTOW does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies or performance.
13. Reservations and Transactions #
If TravelWithTOW later offers reservations, rentals, payments or marketplace services, additional terms may apply.
Until explicitly stated otherwise, TravelWithTOW does not guarantee campsite availability or pricing displayed by third parties.
14. Moderation #
TravelWithTOW may review, restrict, remove or restore community content when reasonably necessary to:
- • enforce these Terms;
- • protect users;
- • respond to legal requests;
- • reduce spam or fraud;
- • maintain platform quality.
We are not obligated to publish every contribution.
15. Availability of the Service #
TravelWithTOW may modify, suspend or discontinue features.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, maps, databases, community features or third-party integrations.
16. Disclaimer #
TravelWithTOW is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee:
- • accuracy of every listing;
- • availability of campsites;
- • road accessibility;
- • safety of a destination;
- • condition of facilities;
- • accuracy of user-generated content;
- • availability of third-party services.
17. Limitation of Liability #
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TravelWithTOW and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from use of the platform, reliance on listing information, travel decisions or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Termination #
You may stop using TravelWithTOW at any time.
TravelWithTOW may restrict or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms.
Termination does not automatically remove community content that has already been incorporated into the platform, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual-property rights.
19. Changes to These Terms #
We may update these Terms as TravelWithTOW evolves.
Material changes may require users to accept a new version before continuing to use certain features.
TravelWithTOW will maintain the applicable Terms version and acceptance date for registered users.
20. Governing Law #
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
